When cancellation is confirmed, the account, cloud-sync entitlement, cloud lyrics, recordings, recording time, synchronization change records, and lightweight deletion markers are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Unsynced local data is not uploaded or transferred to another account. To avoid repeating a server-side cancellation when local cleanup fails, it may remain hidden and permanently non-transferable on the device until you explicitly delete it through recovery. Unless otherwise required by law, we delete or anonymize other personal information tied to the account.
We may retain minimal, de-identified payment facts after disconnecting them from the account for refunds, fraud prevention, and financial audit obligations. If a payment store can securely prove the original purchase identity, service access may later be restored to a new registered account, but the cancelled account and its cloud data will not return. A payment method without equivalent restoration proof may require a new purchase.

After you open this page, it displays a summary of cloud lyrics, recordings, and recording time that will be permanently deleted. After confirmation, we cease providing services for that account and handle cloud assets, unsynced local data, and minimal payment audit facts as described in Section 6, except where laws or regulators require a different retention period.
